Stuart is a Trade Mark Attorney, with a wealth of experience, gained in both private practice and industry.
Having obtained a degree in Engineering at university, he started his Trade Mark career in-house at Rothmans. Keen to expand his knowledge of UK Law, he moved in to private practice and has been representing clients for almost 25 years.
A spell in the USA working in domestic law (divorce, child custody, medical negligence and motor vehicle law) cemented his desire to work in trade marks in Europe, where he enjoys the challenge of bringing opposing parties to the negotiating table and reaching amicable solutions when possible.
Stuart has retained his enthusiasm for engineering as a hobby through the ownership of multiple computers, cars and motorbikes. He is sometimes seen arriving in or on a different vehicle each day of the week.
