Gillian started working for Dolleymores in 1990 and her patent expertise primarily covers the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields. She has extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields, and of patent enforcement.
Gillian qualified as a Chartered Patent Attorney in 1976 and became a European Patent Attorney in 1978. Her educational background and years spent in both private practice and in a pharmaceutical patent department, combine to bring specialist knowledge and industry insight to the clients she advises.
In her spare time, Gillian enjoys riding her pony, helping with Riding for the Disabled and tending her orchids.
