Over forty years of IP excellence
Saunders & Dolleymore first opened its doors in 1969, with offices in the Station Parade by Moor Park tube station. A partnership of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys, founder Harry Saunders worked with two part-time technical assistants, two part-time secretaries and a former post-mistress who performed general tasks around the offices.
Saunders & Dolleymore quickly established a reputation for patent and trade mark expertise, attracting clients in the UK and from overseas, even in these early days.
Building on a specialist chemical knowledge, the firm sought out the best patent and trade mark attorneys in other key business sectors. That success led to a move to the current premises in Watford, Hertfordshire.
The move enabled us to grow to a size big enough to provide a comprehensive range of IP services for clients, but not at the expense of the highly personalised service and value for money for which we are known.
With over forty years IP experience, the firm became simply Dolleymores in 2016, rebranding to reflect the quality of our specialist IP services offered to local, national and international clients.
