The local Division of the Unified Patent Court in Mannheim, Germany, ruled on 24 February 2026 that European Patent EP 2951625, of our client Trumpf Laser (UK) Ltd is infringed by certain designs of adjustable mode beam lasers of IPG Photonics Corporation sold in seven UPC member states. The patent was considered valid and infringed.
