Since qualifying as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2013 my focus has been on providing clients with clear and commercially focussed advice with the intention of reaching the best outcome for my clients. My expertise covers most aspects of protecting, exploiting, and enforcing trade marks and designs, both in the UK and internationally. Prior to qualifying as an attorney I held examiner and business advisory positions in the UK Intellectual Property Office and I have owned and managed a number of businesses in different commercial sectors. I find the knowledge and experience I have obtained in these roles to be invaluable in understanding the businesses of my clients, including their concerns and constraints, and factoring these into providing solutions that are practical rather than merely legal.
I have been listed for the last five years in the WTR1000 guide to the leading trade mark specialists as recommended by others in the profession.
