Seminar at AIPPI Japan on Unitary Patent/Unified Patent Court, and on Brexit

Two of our partners, John Kensett and Rupert Knights, were recently honoured to be invited to host a seminar for the Japanese Branch of AIPPI (The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) in Tokyo. The Seminar was held on 9 March 2017. Rupert and John gave talks on The Unitary Patent/Unified Patent Court and on the Possible Effects of Brexit on IP in Europe and the UK.

The seminar was well received and we were pleased to provide information and advice on these ‘hot’ topics!

The presentations can be found here: IP After Brexit (EN, JP) and Unitary Patent (EN, JP).

If you have any questions we would be pleased to answer them. We would also be delighted to visit you to present these to you and your team, and to update them if necessary as these are fast moving areas!

For more information please get in touch with John, Rupert or your usual contact at Dolleymores.
